Miriam Payne, from a landlocked area of Yorkshire, hadn't been at sea until she rowed the Atlantic solo in 2022 in record time. With a degree in Physics with Astrophysics, she found she didn't quite have the temperament for academia so has since embarked on a life of adventure. Growing up on the family farm, she thrived in the outdoors. In college she climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, sparking her passion for adventurous exploits.

Jess Rowe, from Hampshire, is an adventurer passionate about the outdoors. She’s rowed the Atlantic, hiked England’s South West Coast Path, climbed Mount Kenya, and cycled across Spain. With seven years spent in yachting, she now supports navigation onboard superyachts globally, whilst working in her office based role in Chichester.

Lottie Hopkinson-Woolley from Wimbledon has a passion for water sports and the ocean. Boarding school in West Sussex ignited her love for sport and the outdoors, excelling in hockey, tennis, squash, and sailing. She started sailing at age 7 and began teaching by 16. She now works as a PA to the CEO of a telecom company in London.
